The PRIME Program (Process Re-engineering for Increased Manufacturing Efficiency)
Sixth Floor Consulting Group is authorized by Eversource and United Illuminating as an Approved PRIME Process Consulting Provider.
Supported by the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF) and your utility, the PRIME program is currently available to eligible Connecticut Manufacturers. The program takes place at your industrial or manufacturing facility to implement process changes, allowing operations to become more energy efficient with the elimination of wasteful practices.

The Goal: Reduce electricity consumption per product. It’s accomplished by achieving maximum efficiency in the manufacturing processes.
Funding is provided to offset the costs of the program.
Financial Assistance is available for Lean manufacturing improvement projects and supplemental training.
